Are you a women who would just like to be a bit more appreciated and understood or maybe have a different life?

Are you overwhelmed with your everyday stress, life maybe motherhood?

Do you wonder why your child is not listening when you use word “do not”?For example do not run and here they go running around the house

Do you often worry about what might happen to the child and when it happens blame them and make them feel sorry about that? (” I told you so”is one of them)

Do you ask your children? “Are you tired”?something like 100 times a day and then wonder that they are actually grumpy and tired most of the day?

Do you cook or buy healthy food but your child does not have appetite or refuse to eat?

Are you embarrased if your child make a scene in front of others?

Did you know that a simple thought, emotion or words affects our and our children’s life, self-esteem and health?
